Urgent: SSL installation

I have been an EUKhost customer for a number of years.

My SSL certificate expires tomorrow, and I ordered a new one a couple of days ago. The sales page says that issuance speed is 5 minutes: eUKhost's SSL Certificates

But, this aint 5 minutes....apparently its still in Phishing check.

If you cant get an SSL certificate issued in 5 minutes, then you cant sell it as such.

Please get this certificate installed today. Do you need to phone to vendor to tell them to move a bit faster? Do you want me to phone them for you?

Ticket PGB-368-33883 has been replied by Brent with an update. I would request you to refer to it and also verify the SSL installation now.
