WindowsXP Service Pack 3 problems to access sites

I have a dedicated server and all computers that have windows XP service pack 3 can't access sites in my dedicated server.

This problem has happened to anyone?

A help desk ticket has been created for the subjected issue.
Please check the ticket : KUB-734-18822 and do provide us more details so that
we will investigate the issue further.

We haven't noticed any issue for the websites those are accessed from windows XP service pack 3.
