MS Released a security update for ASP.NET this week, which is now available on Windows Update and WSUS. You can tell how serious Microsoft consider this, as it was released outside of their usual update routines.

Are eUKHost going to apply these updates to their shared Windows servers as a matter of urgency?

You need not worry about the shared servers. The patches are being rolled out on our server in the schedule maintainance window. We need to perform this during non peak business hours usually the weekends.
