    Default EUK email black listed...?

    I occasionally get messages from a client saying that particular customers of their's have difficulty sending messages to them even though they can receive them. There doesn't appear to be any pattern for this so I wondered if the customers sending server might be blocking mail to particular IP addresses?

    We have checked the IP of the server is not blacklisted in the RBL's . If Your clients are still facing issues sending email you can mail to windows@eukhost.com with the exact bounceback headers they are getting while sending mail so that we can investigate the issue .
