Server down?

Anyone experiencing problems viewing their site? My sites seem to be down, FTP is up and down too. I've put in a support request but thought I'd ask in the meantime to see if it's just my sites...

The server is getting scanned for Virus and trojan infection, where your account is hosted. We had to schedule this scan as our Windows System admins found one virus infection on the server.

We apologize for the downtime you had due to this ongoing resource intensive scan.

Could you please provide us any more information about your account or the ticket ID where you've put in the support request?
As of now, none of our Windows Shared Hosting Servers are facing any problems with the services..
