    Default Desperate to have ticket replied to after 4 days.

    Hi

    A ticket was opened on Tuesday by a system admin.

    I've replied 3 times, spoken to tech support on chat and been calling all today and still nothing.

    It's been open 4 days now and is time critical. You've threatened to suspend my account and I'm asking for help. At this rate I wont have time to make the changes you want. Can someone please reply to my ticket??
