Hi,

I have a question for the eukhost ehostbill development team.....

Any ideas why when using ehostbill on iPad the drop down menus don't work....is this easily fixed in the code.

This means I can't use it on the iPad

We have tested this on iPad 2 and both client side & end user side menu options are working fine. After you click on the menu, it takes 2 seconds to show the sub menus (drop down).

Please verify this again on your iPad and do let us know if you are still facing the same problem.

Thanks for getting back to me. Can confirm that client side it works ok but admin side doesnt work.

Have tried on iphone 4s and ipad 2 and they appear for a fraction of a second and dissapear?

Oh and also - do you offer an alternative template for Eukhost? I notice they are .tpl files, do i need to use anything in particular to edit them?

Or alternatively do you offer you Eukhost.com template for free, obviously without the eukhost logos, so i can add my own?

you need to email them asking if you can change any part in the ehost bill and any ftp program can be used to change the bits in side the files

We do not offer any alternative templates however you can use another template of your choice if you wish to. You can also edit the .tpl file using html editors like EditPlus or Dreamweaver.
