Default Email: Security Certificate cannot be verified

    Hi all,

My emails have been working well but today my Microsoft Outlook has had a 'Internet Security Warning' pop up when updating from the Telford server.

    It says:
"The server you are connected to is using a security certifcate that cannot be verified.

A required certificate is not within its validity period when verifying against the current system clock or the timestamp in the signed file.

Do you want to continue using this server?"

I'm tempted to click the option 'Yes' to recieve my new emails but also a little nervous as I know security is important and I don't fully understand it.
There is an option to 'View Certificate' and when I do it says...
    Issued to: telford.eukhost.com
Issued by: Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1
    Valid from 01/03/2009 to 02/03/2010

It looks like the current server certificate is out of date. I'm not too sure what to do. Is there a new one? Any thoughts?

    many thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for your concern..

I will renew the ssl certificate for server name "telford.eukhost.com" and re-install it for email service and other services. It will take some time. So please try send/receiving your emails after few minutes say 30 minutes or an hour maximum.

We appreciate and require your kind understanding and patience in this regard.
    Regards,
    Victor,
    Support Team.
