    Default Slow webmail and also unstable

    Hi,

    I don't know whether I'm being picky but recently it seems to me as though webmail seems to be not working correctly at the moment.

    I opened a ticket, which took 2 days for it to be looked a then rang telephone support who rang back and said it was fixed. It wasn't.

    I gave up then...

    Today I thought to myself,....no it should work. I have tested webamail on another account on the same server.

    Can you look at webmail for domain... Jonesanthony.co.uk

    I have asked a admin to look into the webmail issue. Allow us some time to check it again and come up with a update.

    Thanks for getting back to me! Just seems like im banging my head against the oursource indian support, when i used the livechat and telephone support.

    Said it was fixed..but when i asked what had they dont, they said they had done nothing to resolve....well how could it be fixed?

    I have checked webmail for Jonesanthony.co.uk and I am able to login into it and send/recieve emails easily. I have prepared a video as well which will give you a better idea of the work done by us in your webmail account :-

    I think you have not added port 2095 in your firewall. Please check if its added or not and let us know if the issue still exists.

    This has been resolved today!

    Was pretty much my fault for having 1.6gb in inbox! Rouncube didnt like that!
