Default 406 Error when submitting CMS WYSIWYG

I am getting 406 Errors when I sumbit a WYSIWYG field from my CMS.

I have seen suggestions that adding the following to my root .htaccess file will solve the problem:

    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off

However, this does not seem to be working. Add these lines just gives me a 500 error.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

    Thanks

I can see a couple of packages under your account. Can you PM me the domain name on which you get this error or initiate a Live chat and get a instant support from them.

    Hello.

The suggestions you have been referred to are about disabling ModSecurity restriction completely. We dont recommend it as it could lead other security issues for your websites.

Please open a support ticket or PM me your domain name that has as issue.
We will check the conflicting rule and try to exclude it from the exact URI only.
