E-mail not working?

Hi there, I'm stopped receiving e-mails to my e-mail accounts. Main one I use is jonathan@compsafari.com

I can log onto the account via webmail but cannot sent e-mails from it and also have stopped receiving new e-mails I know have been sent (including those I've sent myself from another e-mail address.

Please can you have a quick look.

For testing purpose I have sent a test email to email account jonathan@compsafari.com and as per email logs, email was delivered with success.

If still problem persist, then open a ticket at support@eukhost.com along with the password for jonathan@compsafari.com so we can investigate further on your issue.

Hmmmm, just cleared out some old e-mails and all the new ones came through, even though quota is set at Unlimited. Is there a limit to what the webmail screen shows and yes, I do have it sorted by newest first.

Send an email to support with your domain name so that we will look into your issue with IMAP error message in webmail.
