Publishing Site

Help I´m new to this and for some reason when I go to Publish Web site hosting and enter my username and password (which I definitely know are correct) it keeps coming back to me asking me to enter my password again.
Any help would be great.

Where are you publishing your web site hosting from?

Are you using Microsoft FrontPage or publishing from a similar program? If it's FrontPage then have you configured it to use FrontPage extensions to connect to the website hosting, or FTP?

If it's FrontPage extensions it seems you're unaware that eUKhost made a policy change recently and removed FP extensions functionality from all its cPanel shared servers, see this topic.

If this doesn't apply then you will hopefully respond with more details of what you've been using and how?
