Default URGENT!!! All email down and cannot connect to cPanel

All email accounts on my hosting package have stopped working in Outlook and Windows Mail. I also cannot login to any of them via Webmail or Mail2Web.

The respective websites all appear to be working fine, the email however isn't.

I have attempted to login to my cPanel and I cannot do that either. I received an email from EUK on the 27th of this month telling me my hosting package was being moved to another server box but there would be no downtime. Perhaps this has something to do with the issues I am currently experiencing?.

I will attempt to submit a support ticket but bearing in mind my email isn't working I wont be able to read any responses.

My phone hasn't stopped all afternoon with clients calling to ask what has happened to their email. Need this looked into ASAP please as email downtime means some of my clients cannot carry on with their business today.

    HANG FIRE!!!!!

Everything was working as it should be and now its back to not working again???!!. It's very intermittent, it works ok for a minute or so and then goes back to hanging again and not sending/receiving.

I had a look at my server status and there are a fair few warning symbols in there? :-

As per migration notification sent to your billing email address in the last week, we are currently in process of migrating accounts from the old server to the new server which may increase the load on the old server occasionally .
The new server has a state-of-the-art Intel i7 Nehalem series of processors with multiple cores as well as big size of partitions.

    Thanks Alex.

Everything appears to have stabilised out now, email working ok and cPanel access fine. Will I receive an email at some point to inform me that the migration to the new server is complete?.

Folks, I've just had an email land in my inbox saying that the migration to a new server box is now complete.

I then tried to send an email to someone and it isn't happening. I'm getting send recieve errors saying that Outlook cannot connect to my outgoing SMTP server.

I know you have said there is no problem with my hosting etc, but I need this looked into ASAP. Again in the past half hour I have had various texts and phone calls from clients who have now found their email isn't working.

No offence but I just find it a bit of a coincidence that the package I have here with you is being moved to a new server box and all of a sudden I'm getting issues cropping up.

Plus, I'm getting this in my cPanel server status, note the queueprocd error :-

just one thing i noticed "my email is down so I won't get any replies"....It's a good idea to register a googlemail account and set that as your registered email address with Euk.

You can then set up an account in Outlook to smtp/pop using the google account when communicating with support, then if your hosting is ever down or email not working like now, you can still email support and receive replies.

Looking at the logs on the server, it seems that you are trying to connect the SMTP server on port 26. After the migration, port 26 was not enabled to accept SMTP connections. I have enabled it on the server now. You should be able to connect now.

Plus, I'm getting this in my cPanel server status, note the queueprocd error :-
The system was upgraded to EDGE and then later set to STABLE and that's the reason, error messages in cPanel. I have set the system to STABLE now.

If you still face any issues, do post them here OR visit our Live Chat service.
