    Exclamation Blackberry suddenly unable to send receive

    Hi

    Neither I, nor my clients can send or receive mail via Blackberrys as of last night. Non-Eukhost mail works fine. Has the authentication changed or something?

    an example account is Welcome to Eyezoni, but they're all affected (they're all on the same server 'Glasgow')

    Any ideas gratefully received.

    Hi Paul,

    I have referred this thread to our Windows Support Team and you should receive a reply from them soon. It could well be due to a change such as authentication, but I'll wait for what the Windows Support Team say about this. Apologies for the problem you and your customers are experiencing.
