    Default Can't reach Support Centre

    Please can someone at Eukhost help me with a problem?

    I was trying to submit a support ticket, but I can't remember the email address that I used for the Support Centre (too many log ins for eukhost!). I've tried a few times, but now support.eukhost won't load - presumably because my IP address is blocked because I tried too many times?

    Hi Nigel,

    You can email us directly on windows@eukhost.com if the support center isn't working, or initiate a live chat from our main page.

    I'm checking whether your IP address is blocked in the server firewall & will get it removed in the meantime..

    Thanks - Unfortuanately the support site had gone again, so I can't submit a ticket just at the moment.
    This may not be a eukhost problem - I have had routing problems with Virgin Media recently which were supposed to have been resolved!
    Will try again later.

    Hi Nigel,

    I did check & flush the server's firewall earlier, but it didnt have your IP address listed in the deny list. So I cleared the temporary bans too.. & thought that might have helped. If you think this is a routing issue, please provide us with a traceroute from your local network to our site.

    Open command prompt window [Start > Run > CMD] on your local machine & type the below command & provide us the output:

    tracert support.eukhost.com

    You can email our Linux Support Dept directly, support [@] eukhost.com along with the details of your email problem..
