But the problem has not been fixed, my questions are ignored and it's getting a little bit tiresome now.
If, as you say, thousands of other DNP sites use AWstats with no problem, and I am the only one who has these problems, then what is different about my configuration than those thousands of others?
This is basic troubleshooting procedure that is not being followed. Reactive firefighting and treating the symptoms rather than trying to find the cause is never going to fix things.

Based on the same grounds as replied by Raymond, the stats would only be shown once there is an activity on your website. When different pages are accessed, the tool makes a note of it and displays it in the statistics shown in AWStats.
I'd request you to please try the suggestion given by Raymond in the ticket (QTP-729-99855) and see if you can see the difference.
Note : The stats should be refreshed after you've browsed a couple of pages of your website.
We are eager to get the issue resolved for you. Please update the same ticket if you still face an issue with AWStats.

I tested this earlier today and Raymond's solution seemed to work.
I'll monitor the situation and report back if/when AWstats fail again.
I now have a separate issue! 3 sites down. Ticket submitted.
I'll just update the tickets from now on.
