If you check my tickets, I kept on asking, what is the reason for the frequent down time and I never get any answer, all I got was that you all are still trying to identify what is the cause.
I even suggested in one of the tickets to see if there's any condition that trigger this error, whether too many connections or emails with large attachment but I was never taken seriously.
I tried switching the settings of my dwmail to pop3 but the 'sent folder' becomes empty and my client wants that as reference, so I had to stick with IMAP services.
The first year with your server was okay but starting middle of last year these problems kept happening regularly. So I am not sure what changed, either on the server side or on my client's side.
