Increasing session timeout?

Hi,

The session time out seems to be 5 minutes on my website, I have tried to increase it by adding the following in the web.conf file but it still timesout after 5 mins:

<sessionState mode="InProc" timeout="30" />

Help!

Email your domain name at our support email address; our tech support will increase session time out for your domain.

Your email address is not located in billing section so I couldn't found your account information.

Hi Mark.. Session timeout increased for your domain from 5 mins to 30 mins. Please let us know if you need any further assistance..
