    Default Livechat Lies

Just spoken to an operator regarding and issue with ISAPI_Rewrite vs. IISPassword. Basically both use the .htaccess file. To resolve the issue, one or the other needs to be given a different file name to use.

After trying to get things running for over an hour (As the ISAPI server variables were not available) I decided to check my .htaccess file.

Turns out my .htaccess had been renamed thus rendering my efforts pointless, and temporarily making things look like they were moving on.

Can we get to the root of the problem before I have to explain to my customers that this new server EUKHOST promised would solve the 70% uptime problem has now caused thier websites to be broken again!?

    UPDATE:

I think I have a resolution now, after being informed that "The Setting had been reset"

If the setting was reset within 5 minutes of it being set, what stops this from happening again?

    UPDATE:

Working now. Hopefully this setting will stay set! Thanks to Alfred and Martin for a speedy resolution following a rocky start
