There's absolutely no danger with having multiple websites hosted on the same IP address. In shared web hosting, multiple domains are hosted on a shared IP address, the only problems occurs here is for the emails, if in case that IP address gets blacklisted, others using it suffer, nothing more than that when it comes to website hosting
