This is really funny. I was reading Wikipedia about something I was interested in and followed link after link and finally got to rickrolling! How I quite got from Scud missiles to rickrolling is perplexing but nethertheless I managed it.

I've seen loads of these videos before but this is a new one for me! It's a collage of speeches regarding legislation in the Oregon House Of Representatives. A group of them got together prior to the meeting and all took a line for Rick Astleys hit, Never Gonna Give You Up. They then all secretly inserted these lines subtly into their speeches and this collage video was made afterwards to expose that they'd all been secretly rickrolled.

Surprisingly despite rickrolling being an internet phenomenon for years Rick Astley himself has only earned $12 in royalties from YouTube.
