My Cloud VPS on 109.203.98.* is down, hold music on Support option for 30 minutes.
A sales person transferred me to support where I was told that there was a memory problem that was being attended to, there will be an update in 2 hours
I presume this is the same problem as VMwarecluster2 &4 - euk-status.com which mentions a 'shared storage issue', first reported at 4.26am (and, I suspect actually failed around 3am, so 7 hours outage so far.
What I don't understand is why a Cloud VPS with "100% uptime" can be down at all, let alone for 7+ hours?
