    Hello,

This issue is impacting 3 racks of servers in the MK locations. This issue was a related to an air-conditioning issue which has now been rectified. All servers down will be coming back up shortly. If your server is still down after 10 minutes, please contact us via LiveChat.

When the full nature of the problem is known, an update will be posted.
    Kind Regards,
    John - Managing Director

    Hello,

Please be advised that those on VPS nodes may notice a few reboots over the next hour. Virtuozzo does this to stabalise the node after a failure of this kind.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
    Kind Regards,
    John - Managing Director

This outage was caused by human error from a third party contractor on site carrying out pressure checks of the A/C system, which under regular circumstances are non-intrusive and not deemed ‘at risk’. Unfortunately on this occasion the sub-contractor did not follow procedures that are in place which lead to the automatic shut down of the system. As soon as this occurred, the sub-contractor, along with our on-site engineers reset and re-started the system.

Please be assured that full dialog has begun with the sub-contractor in question to understand why procedures were not followed by this individual at this time, and additional measures that can be put in place to ensure all engineers attending site are fully aware of the site procedures and their importance.
    Kind Regards,
    John - Managing Director
