    I'm into my 3rd year with EUK and have never had any compensation but I think it's about time I did.

    Could someone from EUK please get in touch with me to sort out how I will get compensated and an explanation how this months compensation will work.

    Hi Lee,

    We will increase space as well as Bandwidth on your cpanel hosting plan once we upgrade the existing server to a new E5420 server. We are planning to schedule this upgrade before end of December 2008, so please PM me in first week of Jan 2009 and I will take care of this.

    We don't wish to provide additional resources on the existing Q6600 server as we need to keep its resource usage in control. I'm not sure when the upgrade will be schedule by our support department, but a decision will be made in next 24 - 48 hours. There won't be any downtime or data loss during this upgrade as well will deploy similar technology which is used on our Business hosting servers for mirroring and automated switching between one server to another cpanel server.

    Hello,

    As of now the server is fetching the data from /home partition from old hard drive.
    I have attached a new drive and the data from the backup has been synced on this new drive.
    I need to sync the data from old drive to new drive and hence I am disabling the FTP service on server for next few minutes, so that there wouldn't be any data loss.
    It would hardly take few minutes to sync the data from old drive.

    I will update here and resume the FTP service back on server once I finish with the data sync.

    I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused as a result of this disruption in FTP service.

    Hello,

    Data has been synced from the old drive to the new drive and the server is now running with new hard drive.

    Also, FTP services are online and responding fine on server.

    hi, just came back online to update a site and have found that it is again down... i can ping the server but no access via http or ftp... whats up with the server now??

    I am afriad none of the sites I have under my reseller account are up and running. This has now gone to the point of us having to offer reductions to our clients on their fees.

    I have just been told by the support team that they are working on it.

    What is goine on? Can someone actually give out a definitive statement.

    Your website is working fine from my end. I have asked support staff to check if your IP got blocked in the Firewall for some reason.

    ok, its back now, but a definate outage as it was also reported by SUT... fingers crossed thats it for now!!

    ummm. seems like you have multiple accounts hosted on Merlin.

    Please accept our apologies for the downtime. We will upgrade Merlin to a better specification in next few days and you won't need to worry for at least next 3 years.

    I should have many accounts under my reseller account on there....
    like ...

    myhealthmatter.org.uk
    shahmail.co.uk
    Plus others
    At present my whm shows me no accounts at all

    This is very frustrating as I expect thw whm to be there with my domains under it

    Charlie on support is looking into it but this really should have been fixed ages ago

    All the 15 domains hosted under your reseller account are visible under your WHM control panel interface now. The ownerships needed to be refreshed.

    Is it just me or is Merlin Server down again? Also Live chat is hanging but other websites work fine?

    Can someone let me know what's going on again please.

    Edit: All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly is what I'm getting on live chat now so I guess Merlin is down again I fear

    it appears that merlin is down as i cannot get to my site. merlin is also not responding to ping requests.

    Can someone let me know what is happening?
