    Default Somerset - Problems?

    Is there a problem with the somerset server? I have note been able to access my website hosting for at least two days now! I cannote even access my webspace via FTP!

    I have emailed & opened support tickets but i havent had any response, this is not a good way to treat a new customer!

    Your IP address was found in the server firewall for 5 failed login attempts on a password protected directory in succession.

    I've removed the IP from the server block list. Please let me know the ticket ID numbers so that I can close them.
