VMclusters down for over 16 hours!

My server has been down for over 16 hours now and I am receiving some very negative feedback from my clients. I am sweating like a cornered virgin worrying about the consequences.

Can somebody give me even a rough idea of how long this will take please? The service status has not been updated for over 2 and a half hours which is making me panic a bit.
