Dedicated server fully managed?
I'm thinking of ordering one of your managed server.
before placing an order, let me ask a few questions.
1. What level of management can I get?
let say if my server's http fails at 2 o'clock in the moring. then what happens?
would you notice this and fix the issue straight way or do I have to ask you to fix it next day after i notice the issue?
2. Can I set reverse dns(ip) with my domain name (each)?
Thank you .

Hello Masui,
We welcome your interest in our services. Eukhost provides fully managed dedicated servers. This includes any installations or customer configurations you want to be done, performing security configurations and server hardening in general, resolving any technical issues you come across. We also install System Integrity Monitor to supervise the essential and key services on your server.
Depending on the OS platform you wish to go with, you may refer to Linux Server Management or the Windows Server Management Functions
You can set rDNS for every IP which is binded on your server. You just have to inform the technical support team with the IP and domain details.

Do you supply SCSI HDDs?
ex:
Is it possible to order your eUK X3075 plan with SCSI HDDs(<72GB) in RAID 1 configuration?
If so, how much is it?
thank you in advance.

Hi Maotan,
We provide SAS drives with our new Dell servers as SCSI drives have been replaced by the better performance SAS drives on the new Dell Servers. You can order SAS drives with the x3075 server or the E5420 server, but setup of the server will take at least 7 Business days.UK Web Hosting || Business Hosting || eUKhost Knowledgebase

The managed servers are great. Good customer service too, I'm up at odd times and I can usually get contact within a short amount of time.
