Apart from this you need to know focus intially , you cant do from HTML to iPhone So first deicide your platform.
Second you need marketing & Porfolio.
You can take help of elace,odesk such website to get projects
You need to fix charges
Apart from this you need @least one person who takes care about updates, execution of project, documention marketing....Mantthings.

True, if you don't have the skills yourself you can be a web sales guy or offer the service. WE have several clients who offer on a referral basis and others who mark up our costs as resellers. We do the work as white label.

for beginning you can offers something simple, including setup website for personal or business. Use open source cms like joomla or wordpress, use installer to setup site, and install theme... simple as that, you are one step already.

next, customize website content, customise theme, customize css, and forward from there.
