If the template files are ready you can directly upload them using a FTP client available on your machine.
* If you have a cPanel account, all files should go under public_html folder.
* If you have a Windows account, all files should be uploaded in httpdocs folder.
I hope this information helps.
If you have any further questions please post them here.

Hi,
Are those templates ready made ones? Also, I am note sure what format are those template files?
Generally it is done this way -- If you already have an index.htm / index.html / index.php file, you have to delete it because you will now replace it with your own template files. Please note the index file will be your main page to the website.
If you are still unsure, you might want to contact your web developer and get the rest of the part done.
Using an online site builder would have made it much easier though

@Frankie : Once you upload required template under public_html directory then try accessing your index.html file, make sure domain should propagate using proper nameservers. If every thing works well then you should see your website loading with required template you have uploaded.
