RickRoll the Christmas number 1
It would appear the latest/forthcoming RickRoll attempt is to be on the Christmas number one...

Essentially people are being encouraged to download 'Never gonna give you up' between 15th and 20th December in an attempt to knock the X-Factor winner off the number one spot. The group on Facebook has already got over 40,000 members since the start of the month (about 10 days).
So what do people think? Does it stand any real chance of getting to number one, or will we be faced with an X-Factor Christmas. To err is human, but to really screw up you need a computer.

I still think at the moment we will have an X Factor christmas but with downloads included they do stand a real chance of being able to topple them.
If they can get Stop back into the Top 10 10 years after it was released then I don't see any reason why good old Rick can't be Christmas number 1.
With downloads now, it does shake up the charts. Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas is currently at 23 in the UK Singles chart
