Default Search Engine gives importance to Page loading speed

Page loading speed plays a very important role in search engine ranking. Apart from search engine, visitors are also looking for information to help themselves to choose your product or service. They want to see what your website is all about within period of time. According to Webmasters opinion page loading speed is a very important factor and to keep page loading fast you should host your website onS E O Servers.

Yes page loading speed does plays an important part, but the important factor here is the Server on which you have your website. Also Seach Engine Spiders should crawl your website within a very short time so that all the pages of your site get indexed.

    I agree with Thomas.

The server is an important factor. Alongwith the server configuration or specification, Server Location is important as well. If someone based in the UK is trying to access a site hosted on US based server then Page loading speed will definitely be slow compared to the Page loading speed of a site on UK based server.

I think the network connectivity are almost same because there are high performance networks in existence, with a redundant server setup it has a completely redundant path to the wide area network in clustered architecture.

Page loading speed not only will affect your Search Engine Optimization but also the clients associated with your site and the potential customers which can be frustrated with your website's slow response time.

Response time of the website plays important role in its overall effectiveness on the Web.

This is true. I'm sure I read somewhere that if you website takes more than a few seconds to load users will simply press back and go to the next result in Google.

    Ofcourse there's a way !
Go with webhost who have excellent network connectivity and high end servers.
Also try to optimize scripts you have used in your website.

Loading speed of your website may be because of the excess use of the images or Flash, you should try to neglect use of such flash creatives and related stuff which might trouble you in loading your website, also if your website is on the shared server and your server is overloaded by traffic, what else do you expect?

Switch to Better Hosting solution as a Search Engine Optimization Servers

You can also make use of CSS and other scripts which will make the page load faster, so that the page loads faster for your visitor and they dont close your website before it loads

Follow the below given points and you can reduce loading time of your site...

    1) Reduce the total HTTP requests

    2) JavaScript file should be placed at the end of your document

    3) Gzip the files on your site

    4) Decrease the size of larger files

In order to make sure your website has the best loading time, it is important to select a proper hosting plan according to the requirements. If your hosting plan is perfect as per the content you have on your website, it will load faster which will not affect it's search engine rankings in a negative manner.

    Hey manolis,
I agree with you. Response time of the website will depend on the performance of the host server and the website contents, a good website will help itself to get loaded fast

The page load time of a website affects both, the live visitors as well as the search engine spiders and crawlers. The faster the page loads, the better the trust and liking of human visitors and the bots. Inorder to achieve this,it is important to host your website/s on SEO servers similar to the one's offered by eukhost.

I wouldn't worry too much about this affecting your ranking too much - in my experience Google wont weight page load time very highly. If your site has 300 quality backlinks and takes 6 seconds to load, and your competitor has 200 quality backlinks but takes 2 seconds to load - you will still show up higher in the ranking. Spend time building quality backlinks, not worrying about your load time.

Well if it comes to page load up to 6 seconds then...even if google is on your site, people won't wait that much.

In now days people will think that there is a problem with this site or even that it's down and the will try to find the info somewhere else.
