Which are the best billing and support systems?
I just wondered what other people's opinions were on the subject of billing and support systems. I use a combination of WHMCS and Kayako eSupport. What do you use?

try Cerberus. you will never use Kayako

Cost is another factor with Cerberus but Webgroupmedia is a well organized company and they know what features are needed by hosting companies. I've never thought of getting any other feature embedded with Cerberus.
Our anonymous support service for resellers is possible with Cerberus only and no other Helpdesk.UK Web Hosting || Business Hosting || eUKhost Knowledgebase

I use AccountLab Plus for my billing system. It's pretty cheap and easy to use.

Modernbill if you can afford it, or as a second option Client Exec - unlimited clients.
Last time i checked you can have Cerberus free for one e-mail account.

I fancy trying AccountLab Plus as a start - obviously the price is appealing and it doesn't seem too bad

MB is okay though it little complicated, ClientExec is also good as alternate option.

I have used WHMCS as i was thinking of setting some reselling up, but i backed down as i didnt think my knowledge was big enough to run a wee bit of webhosting although it is something i'd like to do.
However been a user and reading up on it, i found it rather straight forward to use and it was packed full of features. I would give thumbs up for this bit of kit. You can find a comparison chart here:

My recommendation would be to get the demo downloaded and see what you think.
