Cisco, VMware, NetApp join hands
According to a recent update Cisco, VMware and NetApp have announced a three-way partnership and a new architecture for secure, multi-tenant cloud datacentres.The Secure Multi‐tenancy Design Architecture (SMDA) is supposed to work on the existing products from all the three companies and isolate the IT resources and applications.
Please pour in your views on this.

Multi-tenant efficiency is necessary especially when you are migrating from a single-purpose static IT systems to new on-demand IT service.

Sounds good. Just hope it's viable price wise for our hosting companies that we rely on. It's going to shake the data center's up big time

Cisco Routers and Switches are the most expensive routers and switches, while VMWare applications are the most expensive applications in Virtualization market. This partnership must have been worked out in view of the corporate customers these companies have. This partnership won't help much to the hosting companies.
