Point my domain name to my host?
Hi, While creating my sites I usually use UKhost for the domain name and hosting. For a recent client they had already registered their domain name with 'telivo'. This leads me to the problem of pointing the domain to the host :S
I think iv found the page where this is done on the telivo site under control panel...
Nameserver Change - sebastiancox.co.uk
Nameserver 1 ns0.telivo.com
Nameserver 1 83.244.130.17 IP address
Nameserver 2 ns1.telivo.com
Nameserver 2 195.82.107.237 IP address
Is this where I need to change the information to be lead to the correct page? :S
Also I don't have a clue what i need to put in here... Iv found these under my personal site in the WHOIS option.
Name servers:
ns.microlite21.com
ns2.microlite21.com
but where do I find the IP?
Any help would be much appreciated! Deadline is coming up very soon... so anything please.
Thank you, Sy

Hello Sy,
To modify the Nameservers associated with your domain, follow the steps below:
1. Login to the Telivo control panel using the username and password you selected when you first registered.
2. You will be presented with a list of all the domains you have purchased from Telivo. Next to each domain name will be a drop down menu choose "Nameservers".
3. Enter the primary and secondary Nameserver details and IP addresses of your hosting account into the form and click "Submit".
4. Changes will be processed instantly, please allow up to 24-48hrs for them to take effect. The name will be pointing at eUKhost servers.
Please let us know if you have questions.

Hi Sebastian,
It seems you are hosted with UKHost and not eUKhost.
I tried to locate your information in our Billing system, but there's absolutely nothing that matches information you have sent to our Billing department.
You have pointed your domain name to NS.MICROLITE21.COM & NS2.MICROLITE21.COM and I don't see anything wrong with the settings you have done from your domain management control panel with Telivo.
I apologise, but we cannot do anything from our side to bring your website online. You will need to contact your hosting company to get this problem sorted.UK Web Hosting || Business Hosting || eUKhost Knowledgebase
