    Default ASP causing 500 error

    Hi

When I have uploaded files all html, images and pdfs work but not the asp and javascript pages. The website is asp driven including the index page. The database has been uploaded but I not sure what connection string I need to include in the plesk panel or how to change the default one that is there. Do I also need to change the web config file.

When I preview the site I receive the following message
    "Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

When I looked at the log I can see the following message
    "[ODBC_Driver_Manager]_Data_source_name_not_found_and_no_default_driver_ specified"

I would be most grateful for any help

    Hi,

It appears that you are using ASP pages to fetch data from the MS Access database. You may receive this error message when using Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) or ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) through a DSN-based or a DSN-less connection string to open a database connection in an ASP page. There are several reasons for it to occur & in the same way several fixtures
If you can provide us the domain name or the exact link where you face the error, we'd be able to get this sorted out for you.
