I am using eUKHost VPS-03 Plan & experiencing like this.

I am not getting proactive monitoring/support being a current customer of eUKHost & my site were down for more than 2 hours & this is a regular problem happening for last few months. Very importantly note that first 1/2 months service was good but NOW ?????

Some web hosting companies have switched to Spamming Business as they are not able to get new customers due to recession. Please ignore such notifications as there was no such 2 hours downtime with your vps.

There was some problem with the main node due to non-paged memory limitations, but we have increased swap memory to rectify this problem. non-paged memory on 32 bit windows nodes is only 256 MB while that on 64 bit nodes is 120 GB. We can move your vps on a 64 bit node as your vps demands high amount of non-paged memory which is limited on the 32 bit windows nodes.
