URGENT! I need help to fix a problem asap!
I have submitted a support ticket but no reply so I'm asking for help here as a last resort.
My forum is completley offline due to a database error and I cannot access anything to find out what the problem is. I receive a notification email everytime a database error occurs and at the moment I have hundreds coming into my inbox every minute so I am unable to communicate with anyone via email either!
Is anyone else experiencing problems with their websites on this hosting package at the moment?
The MySQL errors I am getting are:
MySQL Error : Can't find file: './******/datastore.frm' (errno: 13)
and
mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: User ******* already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
/backup/******/public_html/includes/class_core.php on line 311
Help please!

Thank you for you response. I have replied to the ticket. I'm not sure how I can change the settings to stop receiving notification emails of the database errors when I can't access my admincp! Am I supposed to just sit and wait until all my members/guests eventually leave my site?

Is someone bombarding my server? How many users can you have logged on at one time?

The problem is that I'm not getting an immediate reply to my ticket until I post on here. It has now been half an hour and the problem still isn't resolved. I now have over 7000 notification emails and my inbox is crashing out, I'm having to search for the support ticket email as it is impossible to find at the moment. I just want be able to log onto my admincp! Am I going to have to pay for an upgrade right here and now to resolve this situation?!

Hi flesso, I would if I could but I can't remember my login and I can't request a reminder email because it will just get lost! I'm having real difficulty here and with a large forum, time is of the essence!!!

The DB has been suspended as there are many simultaneous mysql query and it was overloading the shared server. You can find the logs on URL updated in the support tikcet.

How much is the semi-dedicated hosting package? I'm currently paying £29.99 a month for this cpanel reseller hosting.

VPS seems to be the same price on the website, so are we being overcharged?

Thanks, we're just checking the prices now. Good to be back online but have been informed that if it our DB is found to be overloading the shared server again, they will not unsuspend it and we'll be forced to upgrade our hosting package to a semi-dedicated or dedicated server so we're just checking out our options.
I still haven't had my question answered though, how may users can you have on your site at any one time before it causes it to crash?

We currently pay 29.99 a month. On your website (eukhost.com/vps-hosting.php) it says that the L-VPS-02 package is 29 pounds month and that has higher specs than our current package. The nest one up is 39 pounds a month and is better still.
If we need a VPS, then surely you can port us over to the VPS-02 and give us the pound a month back

Please feel free to reply via PM, if you wish this to be private, as myself and ND are communicating on Skype
