    Default Mailing list limit

I understand there's an email limit of 200 per hour on my hosting package (cpanel copper shared). I wish to setup a mailing list where our members can email all other members on the list using a single address for arrangements of social outings, annoucements etc. If I had say 60 people subscribed to the list and 4 people sent an email within a single hour then I'm assuming I would exceed this limit?

I was wondering what solutions other people have come up with? I've read about throttling and PHPList, but I really need the emails to not be delayed and PHPList seems to only be unidirectional. Any suggestions? We are a small non-profit organisation so free solutions would be best.

    Thanks

    Nick

Default Shared Hosting | VPS Hosting

    Hi Nick,

On shared server the limit to send emails per hour is restricted by every hosting company, the limit setup on our server is 150 - 200 emails per hour. As stated by you that you need an account to send up emails more than 200, the VPS ( Virtual Private Server) hosting is the right package which would suit and fulfill your requirements. The VPS hosting allows you to send emails upto 500/hr with having the complete administrative privileges to your account. The VPS created on the node only belongs to you with guaranteed RAM and resources. You get the complete admin access to manage your VPS.

You've mentioned that your organisation is a non-profit organisation however we offer a 50% discount to the Charitable Trusts, Non Profit Organization and Educational Institues. You need to contact the Sales Department and provide your company registration details to avail the benefit of 50% discount.

Look out for the VPS Hosting Plans at the link below :
