    Default POP Server Down?

    Hi,

Is anyone else unable to connect to the POP server on their cpanel account? POP3 connections for drabble.me.uk are currently timing out for me.

Tech support also seem to be uncontactable via Live Chat.

Have now got through to tech support, it appears the problem was with my IP being blocked on the firewall not with the POP server itself.

    Hello,

I've checked your IP address and verified that its not blocked in server firewall at this moment. Please turn OFF the anti-virus scanning of emails or the firewall [If you are running any on your PC] and then try to send/receive emails to check whether it works for you or not.

Also, I'd like to suggest you to please do a complete traceroute test for your domain from the command window of your computer and provide its result to your local ISP. I suspect its either your local ISP blocking the sever IP with them or its getting blocked at any router along its web traffic.
    Regards,
    Victor,
