    Default Site been down all day

    Hi

    My site R3GSM LTD has been down all day and I have not been able to receive emails.
    Can someone look into this for me please....

    I request you to open ticket with support department support[@]eukhost.com , also provide us your local machine IP you can get it at What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address.

    Hi Darren,

    your IP address was blocked by the firewall for multiple temporary blocks. Here's what I could see from the firewall logs :-
    94.171.13x.x6 # lfd: (PERMBLOCK) 94.171.130.86 has had more than 4 temp blocks in the last 86400 secs - Tue Mar 16 20:59:39 2010
    I have unblocked your IP address and added it to the allowed IPs in the firewall.

    I have checked your mentioned ip address which is not blocked in server firewall, Still I have restarted server firewall .

    I am not getting e-mail from my Victorious accounts (e.g shepperton.org).
    I can pick-up e-mail via web services (e.g Mail2Web) but not using my usual email client so has anything changed on the server - has my IP been blocked too ?
    I have raised a ticket but would really appreciate an early check please.

    Apologies, but the IP is not blocked on server.
    I can see the IP is added under firewall's white-list.
    Please try to access your websites.

    Can you please create a new mailbox from your control panel and configure it in your email client to check its working?


    There's absolutely nothing wrong with your domain and all services are working fine on Victorious server.
