PHP My Admin on Windows Account

Hi all,

I use PHP My Admin on Raptor (a Windows server) to maintain my MySql data. However, the response times are almost always dreadful. It has been like this for many months.

Is there a problem with it or is there a better way to access the MySql data?

Hi Ian,

If you are having more number of tables in the MySQL database or the size of individual database is big then you will surely face such problems. If there's nothing wrong with the number and size of database then please get in touch with one our admin through live chat support.

The database size does not affect it. The PHP My Admin page takes minutes to load.

The database works fast and efficiently in the site itself so I think there is something wrong with the PHP My Admin installation on the server.

I'll try reporting it and see if anything happens.

I've restarted the web & database services on Raptor, this has indeed speedup the page load times for entire Plesk & PMA as well.
Could you please check if the problem persists & notify us.. I'll have your account moved off to a different server if this continues...
