Hey yea, thanks mate, everything is sorted (for now!), theres so much more functions and differences in Plesk compare to the my last web host's control panel, but I think I'm beginning to know them all now. I just learnt today that your traffic limit gets reset the 1st day of each month, I was wondering why my traffic limit started from 0 again!
Also found out about log manager, spam filter (spam training and hit required etc...), and a few other things, so its going ok so far lol.

Plesk and cPanel are most popular control panels and they are preferred by customers due to various functionalities inbuilt with the control panel. I am quite sure that you would love to have all these new features built within the control panel
