Puma
Anything going on with Puma today for the last half and hour my forum has been going pear shaped and taking ages for the pages to load. It is usually very quick.
I thought it was me and crappy telefonica ISP but I have just had a message from one of our mods in the UK telling me he was having the same problems.

I've had a few similar problems with an Invision Board and cPanel was a bit dodgy. It all seems to be working fine again now however, was obviously a required restart or some updates.

We are planning to move Puma on our new Q6600 Servers to avoid such problems in future. We will inform you once it has been scheduled.

Please open a ticket with 'support [at] eukhost.com' or from http://support.eukhost.com. What problems is MySQL giving you exactly?

Cheers m'dears much obliged for the info, seems to be playing nice at the moment. Thanks for the heads up Nick. Forum is pretty important for me at the moment as the only other one servicing the area has gone totally pear shaped, so my brownie points are accumulating

I always submit a ticket, and also speak to live support which is what I have just done and the matter is resolved as usual. Love the guys in support, nothing is too much trouble, and in my experience the do exactly what they say they are going to do.
I have no complaints, support here, is in my experience, second to none
Thanks guys in support and live support especially Nash

Puma seems to be running though Disk Read / Write problems right now and we have decided to move it to new Q6600 Server immediately.
Any sort of disk maintenance on puma will result in downtime of couple of hours so we have decided to move it to a new server and there wont be any sort of downtime with this migration.
We are sending details of nameserver IP address to all resellers. You will get 30 days time to change IP addresses of your private nameservers.UK Web Hosting || Business Hosting || eUKhost Knowledgebase

OK got that via email, read it wrong the first scan through, poured a brandy when I thought I read 'downtime' then read it again and managed to get the blood pumping again....lol
Ok thanks guys, waiting for your lead.

There hasn't been two entity's of the server running at once has there?
Because if so, that could put an end to certain forums.

Database backup was moved in the end but Rsync takes its own time to analyze data and the posts which were made on your forum from 4PM - 6PM might have problem. you should open a ticket with our support team and ask them to copy last backup of database from old puma to new puma.
