Hi Alan - that's possibly why the thing's been so screwy then! Now unable to access VZ menus again - any chance you can re-fix this so I can edit a couple of files? Is this going to be a long process? thanks Bazz

Hi - Vz now accessible - The website is now down. httpd, and most other services are stopped on the VPS. Is this due to migration? if so when will it be back online?

Hi John - many thanks. Have just 'chatted' with Laurence via livehelp. Website now back, but Virtuozzo usability is still up and down like a yo-yo. I appreciate thet there have been issues with migration, but would hope that these can be resolved soon. As I'm sure you can appreciate, it's an e-commerce server and I'm anxious we don't have unnecessary downtime for customers. Regards, Baz

    Hello

Few .so files were missing on new vps where it was migrated and that's the reason httpd service wasn't started.

Your vps is being remigrated again. We will keep you posted about the progress.

FYI, to avoid further downtime IPs have been switched again on your old vps.

Finally your vps has been migrated successfully on new node. Please check the website , virtuozzo power panel and let us know if you notice any problem with that.

Hi Alan - all seems to be working fine - although the back end of the shop is missing 3 orders that were on the old node - is there any way to temporarily access the old node to get these off of the cart back end?

    Hello

Is it fine if we can assign new IPs to your old vps so that you can access it.

HI Marshall - Sent support an email at 08:53 this morning - the IP address sent to me logged me into the same control panel as the new IP - details of what I need are in the email - basically I need to access the old VPS's shop backend (I sent path details this morning) to be able to see orders - there are 4 for about £600 missing. These cannot be processed until I can get them off the old VPS
