Pity my first post is a moan but my VPS has been down for over 12 hours now

Getting very little information from support, other then - there is a problem and senior admins are working on it...

My clients are getting very, very pi55ed off and as a coincidence - so am I!

Perhaps you could give me an ETA?

I tried looking for your account using the email address which you've used while registering onto our forum, but couldn't find anything in our billing system. May I ask you to please PM me your billing details so that I can find your server and take a look at whats wrong ?

You are hosted on Swindon, one of our Windows Shared servers. We restarted IIS service due to which server was inaccessible for a few minutes.
