There does seem to be some confusion about this:
Nominet Opt Out Details
I have 2 domains - one registered with eukhost, and another with 123-reg.
The 123-reg registration process allowed me to choose the Nominet opt out option - which shows "the registrant is a private individual..." message instead of my address.
When I contacted eukhost to have the same option applied, I was told that I could only have my address substituted with that of eukhost. This was free, but it's not quite the same as being properly opted out.
£9 a year for an option to keep details private, when it's a free service from Nominet seems a bit excessive.

We have contacted enom and we are waiting for the updates. As soon as we receive any updates from enom about the procedure to make the changes we will let you know.
In case, if it is not possible for enom to amend the changes then we will push your domain in our Nominet account and we will get it sorted from there.
We are trying to integrate Nominet API within our billing system, but there seem to be some unkown error which needs to be rectified before we get the API integrated.
