Good News! New Leeds Office Opening..

The thread title sums it up nicely but I will waffle on a bit anyway. Within the next few months we will be opening an office in the Leeds area and there will be some vacancies available for the right people. Experience with webhosting is essential and any previous sales or support experience will be advantageous.

Job 1: Duties will include taking inbound sales calls, occasional outbound sales calls (requested by potential customer). No cold calling involved. Dealing with sales requests via live chat and tickets will also be required.

Job 2: Duties will include inbound and outbound telephone support to our web hosting clients. Good technical knowledge is vital. Dealing with support requests via live chat and tickets will also be required.

Rates of pay will be dependent on experience but it will be in excess of the National Minimum Wage. eUKhost also offers a wide range of benefits to our top performers. This would be in the form of cash incentives, gift vouchers or even free computer equipment.

No, not at the moment. Previously we had an office in Durham and not Newcastle, but this was merged into the Leeds office some time ago.

There are plans for an additional office further south for the middle of next year, but nothing planned for further north at this time.

No, however our Leeds office is about 40 miles from Sheffield .

Well unless there's a good reason to have an office in Scotland (i.e. a good business reason) then I don't think John would want to consider having an office in Scotland. Not that I'm saying that to be the case, but really applies for any business to be honest . Some businesses decide to be in a specific location because it is easier to find the right sort of employees - there may be more skilled people in certain areas in certain regions of the UK for example.

Sigh. Same old same old . On a serious note though, where ever the offices are located in the UK it isn't going to make it any easier to find specific staff members. It took John a longer time than usual to be able to find the some of the staff members working in the Leeds office right now.

It wouldn't be easy but it'd be easier in Manchester - mainly because I'm here, and I'm great and very talented . Therefore no search for the perfect employee required - I've come to you instead!! .
